I'm looking for some suggestions for the best way to layout an employment history field in a safcrakersafecracker form. The The paper version has a table with the following headers: From – To (month/year Job Title Name, Address& Telephone Number of Employer Reason for leaving

  • From – To (month/year)
  • Job Title
  • Name, Address & Telephone Number of Employer
  • Reason for leaving

I don't want to create multiple fields for each possible job in the list so I was thinking of going for a single textarea.

Can anyone suggest a nicer way of doing this? Thanks Thanks.
