The carthrob we installed are recently run into the following php error code whenever user processed their payment through Card Access Services Payment Gateway.

The gateway always opened correctly. The error shows then same result regardless the payment is processed or cancelled.

There is no issue using Paypal Express.

ExpressionEngine v2.5.5 Cartthrob v2.1.4 PHP 5.6

Anyone have a clue on this issue?

Thanks a lot!

Update 17/10/17:

  • Downgraded PHP version to 5.3 has clear out the error code. Similar issue was discussed at here
  • However, the payment still cannot be completed as gateway callback URL redirect to https://.../cart/order-info with a blank page....This issue seems to be something related to $this->final_redirect($this->order('return')); on line 108 in /addons/cartthrob/Cartthrob_card_access.php

Update 27/10/17:

  • End up finding the problem stay at server level firewall setup. The post callback to ../extload.php/card_accesss/complete from CA gateway was 403 blocked with pytron in the header. the page setup redirect client to /cart/order-info with no payment information. Issue resolved after unblocking python request.
