I've just upgraded from EE 2.5.5 / CT 2.1.4 to EE 5.3 / CT 4.6. I've confirmed that all the historical sales in the system (going back to 2012) are still there, but the sales reports available in both CartThrob Pro and in CarThrob Order Manager give quite different totals and breakdowns (by day, month, year etc.) from the old version using exactly the same data.
Has anyone else come across this? Can anyone from CartThrob explain exactly how the calculations are done in their reports?
I think the solution is going to be to write some custom reports that do the maths in the way my client wants, but I just wanted to check if this is a known issue or whether no-one has previously noticed ... Unless there is a configuration switch somewhere I haven't found!
