We are currently attempting to use the {exp:channel:form} to upload files on our subdomains. When we try to upload files we get the error.

The form you submitted contained the following errors

test_file_upload: The upload path does not appear to be valid.

We can upload files in the CP but cannot upload them using the channel form tag. These sites are all managed under the multisite manager from EE.

Troubleshooting that I have done

  • We ended up creating our own custom file uploader, we have to manually sync the file directory this way, but it's a workaround that doesn't use the channel form tag.
