It looks as though the error is coming from the AB Pagination add-on. Have you updated it recently? As to why it's suddenly appearing, it's possible that the error may have always been there and it just wasn't shown. Maybe the server it's hosted on has had it's PHP error_reporting settings changed in it's INI file to allow PHP Notices to be visible? This ...

ExpressionEngine uses the data from the pagination segment as an offset, not a "page number", per se. So even if you could change the values to P1, P2, etc, they would then yield incorrect results (if you wish to use EE's built-in dynamic pagination that is).

kgrote, try and download the latest release of AB Pagination from devot-ee, there was a bugfix about a month ago dealing with this issue.
